👚 What sizes do you stock?
We stock girls' sizes AUS 4–14. Check out our handy Size Guide, and if you need a little extra help, feel free to reach out through our Contact Form. We’re here for it!
📍 Where can I find AnniWear in store?
AnniWear is mostly online, but we do have some amazing retail stockists you can check out:

You can shop with:

🎁 How do I use a promo code?
On the checkout page, pop your code into the ‘Discount Code’ box.
Just a heads up:
- One discount per order
- Codes are single-use per customer
- No codes on sale items or during sale events
💰 What currency will I be charged in?
All purchases are processed in AUD. Your cart might show other currencies, but you’ll check out in Aussie dollars using the most current exchange rate.
📦 When will I receive my order?
If you order before 4PM AEST, we aim to ship it out within 2 business days.

Grab Priority Shipping at checkout and jump the line!
Shipping within Australia:

- 1–4 business days (within express zones)
😬 Why did my item oversell at checkout?
Because AnniWear is hot property! Sometimes, if you're using PayPal, there might be a slight delay in checkout speed, and an item could sell out before your payment is finalised.
Tip: Use direct card payment for faster processing!
If overselling happens, we’ll offer an exchange, full refund, and throw in some extra sunshine & rainbows too 🌈
📫 How do I track my order?
You’ll get an email with tracking info once your order is on the move! Didn’t see it?
Check your spam folder—sometimes it hides in there!
🧼 How do I care for my AnniWear gear?
Treat your pieces with love!
- Hand wash in cold water
- Use gentle detergent
- Wash with like colours
- Line dry (no direct sun!)
- No tumble drying, bleaching, ironing, or dry cleaning
T-shirts & hoodies? You can warm iron them if needed—but still no dryers please!

🔁 Can I return something?
Yep! You’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to send it back for a store credit or exchange (if it's unworn, tags on, and in original condition).
Start your return via our Returns Portal.
Sale items can’t be exchanged unless faulty, so double-check your sizing!
🧵 What if my item is faulty?
Oh no! We're so sorry. If you think your item has a manufacturing fault, please head to our Returns Portal and upload:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Proof of purchase (order number + date)
Faulty items must be unworn and not damaged from general wear or incorrect care. Once we assess and approve, we’ll offer an exchange, store credit, or full refund (minus shipping). Easy!
📦 What’s a pre-order and when will I get it?
Pre-order means you’re guaranteed your size before it hits the shelves! These items ship out as soon as they arrive at AnniWear HQ.
